I am trying to use my Mac to connect to a USB device that uses the Cypress EZ-USB FX2 chip.
I have read their documentation but I don't seem to be having any success.
I tried using the EZLoader example program as a guide to how to work with the FX2.
I made sure to write to address 0xE600 to make the machine reset and thus enable it to have firmware written to it. I don't get any errors from the firmware write calls but the machine does not seem to changed after resetting it.
I read that in November of 2005 philippe wicker solved the problem of working with this chip but I couldn't find his source code.
Does anyone have any source code that they can share that shows how to work with this chipset?
