Installing a USB Driver

I have a simple driver program, all that it does is create a log, I was trying to add it to the kernal using the 'kextload' through the terminal. The instal part does not work, I am getting a response back which says that the driver is not valid, also saying that it is missing a required property value of "OSBundleLibraries" I have looked and checked all of my code and could not find anything with that.

It is also saying that the "File owner/permissions are incorrect".


Is there anything special that I need to do to get this working.
