This is a very broad question. In a general sense, yes, IAD has been supported since 10.4.x; The USB UVC Spec (USB Video Class) mandates the use of the IAD. The 2.0 Audio Spec does at well. I am not aware of other specs that officially support/require IAD. So, yes, we do support IAD.
That being said, I understand that people want their devices with multiple distinct interfaces to work and they are trying to guess at what will work with the different OS vendors. As Russ said in another email, the CDC driver will support IAD at some point, but it is not yet available. I would recommend that if you are interested in using IAD outside of the audio and video specs, you file a bug at http://bugreporter.apple.com and give us the details.
