Your client should also realize that it is impossible to prevent someone from copying. Every DRM attempt has been cracked eventually. Adobe Acrobat format has been cracked before (at least 1.4 aka acrobat 5). The only way you can prevent people from viewing material is to keep control of the access. Another words make them log into a website to view it and use a fairly strong format (not html) as the display medium. For example, a flash file that loads the content and does checks on a webserver would be a little more secure.

Even windows media format has serious problems when you look at other mediums. For example, you can record the output from direct sound using a wav editor in windows if you want to save a song. DRM is useless here.

Another example is the CD technology that was recently made fun of. You can hold shift in windows to not "Auto run" the security measure. They tried to sue him for writing an academic paper on it.
