safari dont display a background color (css)



HI i have a problem, i am building a website and  i want to specify
table colors in a external style sheet (css) and in this way when y
need to change the color  i only need to go to external style sheet
and everything change, sounds good but...
The only browser dont display the background color is safari (i check
in explorer and firefox and netscape and pc to) i made some test and
when the style is inside the html safari display de color but when i
put the code in a external style sheet safari dont display de code

any idea? solution? or is a safari bug?
