safari and framesets

Hello Gang.
I am working on a complex site with a simple framesets structure.
http://www.photoaisa.com

There seems to be a big problem with the framesets (apart from other stuff!) in Safari and all other browsers on mac os X (same problems exist with Firefox on windows).

THe source code is below. IT might really be a question of thsi code which may have some bugs.
Anyone have a clue what I can tell my tecchies to do? (they are all windows programmers and have no idea about macs.... they just bought a Mac Mini to test things out!)

thanks
Alcinoo
