Apache problem


Hi all!

Experiencing strange problem:

When accessing my homepage from http://localhost/~Andrew/

the answer is:

Forbidden
 You don't have permission to access /~Andrew/ on this server.

Apache/1.3.33 Server at mac-mini.local Port 80

Other users of this computer can access their homepages.

What is the problem and how can I solve it?
