I use SQL Grinder with SQL Server almost every day for running queries
against our student data system and exporting data. I suspect it is
more like MS's Query Analyzer than Enterprise Manager, since it doesn't
give you access (other than via SQL commands) to any of the management
features. I have tried out Aqua Data Studio, which looks a little more
like a stripped down Enterprise Manager, but can't comment on how well
it works since I'm SQL Grinder meets my basic needs and I use a PC on
the occasions when I need what Enterprise Manager offers.
I'd give both a try. You'll need to track down MS's JDBC driver, drop
the files in ~/Library/Java/Extensions/ and, if I remember right (it
has been a while since I set it up), it just works.

However, I've got lots of little web apps made for our clients that
use MS
SQL Server for the database. I've looked around and can't really find
any
clients that are like the Enterprise Manager for making tables, stored
procedures, managing users, and importing/exporting data. I mean I
found
some, but it's like the websites for these products aren't that great
in
terms of really showing what their product can do.
