Re: Thoughts on ditching my PC



If you can wait for a "final solution" until next year (and maybe were thinking about investing in new hardware anyway):
Get yourself a next generation Intel-based Mac.
By then there is certainly going to be solutions out there that let you run Windows discretely on those machines and that don't come with the typical emulator performance hit.
I myself am very tempted to procrastinate the acquisition of the PowerBook I've been wanting to get for so long for the exact same reason.

I'll probably continue to use Virtual PC 7 on my PowerBook. I'm on the road quite a bit so it's probably my best bet.
