I don't know exactly what you mean by "dual-booting", but I imagine it
pretty much just like VirtualPC: one nicely confined process, basically
like any other app.
Coming to think of it, MS is probably already working on VPC8 for the
Mac — naturally with support for Intel Chips!
Of course it will be resource-intensive like running VPC today, but at
least it doesn't have to emulate a hardware platform anymore.
Just get yourself sufficient RAM!
