Sorry, but I can't help you with the box-issue... hope you got it fixed.
However, I just ran into this web site[1] that's offering a bunch of
javascript drag-and-drop libraries, based on "Web 2.0" techniques (aka,
AJAX). Seems like it's a good fit for you application.
