Hello,

I'm desperately trying to figure out a way to build a webservice. Currently, trying to use PHP. I'm fuzzy on the whole concept, basically.

Any source (including how an URI is calculated) would be appreciated.

As I intimated before, being a client to a webservice is pretty straight forward. Server side seems to be much harder.
