Do you want a dynamic script that scans the folder? Does it need to be PHP, Perl, or Javascript even?

Sorry. Yes a dynamic script probably php, though js would be OK, which would scan the folder and write the html to present the images on a a page. I want to present the image as they are, ie not create thumbnails or resize the images.

This site http://icant.co.uk/articles/phpthumbnails/ is an example which creates square thumbnails.

Another is DropAlbum <http://www.scriptsearch.com/details/3036.html > "which automatically scans a folder for all types of images and displays them on a Web page, with navigational links to browse the images, at different batches. As images are uploaded into the folder, DropAlbum will automatically update the gallery to include the newly uploaded images. Features include sorting order, display matrix and a popup link to a larger version of the image."

But it is $250 and gets low ratings. An opensource script would be nice. I am not a programmer, but can usually get php scripts to work.

Thanks,

Bill
