I wish to display an HTML document in a page-by-page fashion -- no half-lines or half-images at the edge of a page, and no scrolling aside from a page at a time. It appears I can sort-of do this by calling the (undocumented) _setPrinting:pageWidth: method of WebHTMLView, but this has other undesirable side-effects like disabling copy and paste.
