WebCore debug

I compile WebCore-125.8.6 (darwin 7.5.0) with -DDEBUG_PARSER (suppress -DNDEBUG) expecting to see output from html parser in /Library/Logs/Console/ when I launch Safari...

But I see nothing.

I google around and find that KDE uses KDebugDialog but no such app is delivered with MacOS X.
Others mention a file (kdebugrc) in $HOME/.kde but when I trace Safari execution using ktrace, I didn't see anything ...

Any clue ?
