WebKit Not In Interface Builder

I installed the SDK and opened up Interface Builder (even after restarting when it didn't work the first time) and when to change the custom class of a custom view to "WebView" and it wasn't there in the list.

Did I miss something?  Can we really use WebViews in IB?
