Hmmm... I don't know if that's normal, or how that might have happened.

Are you using 10.2.x or 10.3?

For what it's worth, I have the headers in my WebKit framework, but I don't know exactly when they were installed on the disk. When I installed 10.3 I also installed the XCode CD. I guess that could have added the headers to the framework.

Maybe if you describe your setup a bit more someone else will be able to help figure out why the headers aren't there and how you can get them added.
