progress notification

Whats the best way to know exactly where you are in the global progress of a webpage that is being loaded? I know there is the WebView's estimatedProgress.There is also some notification for the WebView, and the ResourceDelegate. But the resource delegate does not always give great values back so its hard to follow some times.

How do i implewment the webview progress notifications?
