Yes, this happened to my app on Tiger too... which is where I
identified it first. I decided that I should make sure that the problem
didn't start in 10.3.9 and, sure enough, it did.
My guess is that your app is broken by 10.3.9 too.
I have my web developer looking into the 'content' side of things right
now. I'll post if we discover anything.

The same thing happens to my app on Tiger, probably it's the same
change. Have you tried on Tiger?
I would like to get info too, because as you know it's very difficult
to debug complicated JS in WebView
