Your observation is inline with mine -- that call still works for some
things but it appears to have broken for others (or maybe has a more
restrictive argument list as pointed out by Mihkel).

Oh, that's a wonderful feeling :-( I broke into a serious sweat Sunday
when reports of the 10.3.9 bugs started rolling in and I saw that my app was
affected. I only have four webviews in the app, but they were all coming up
blank (sort of defeats the purpose of the app all together). It must really
suck for you folks with more complex apps and larger customer bases.
