webView:mouseDidMoveOverElement:modifierFlags: weirdness

Hi!

Quick question regarding the webView:mouseDidMoveOverElement:modifierFlags: method from the WebUIDelegate. the documentation implies that a new call to the method will be made whenever the mouse moves OR whenever the modifier flags change, however this doesn't seem to actually be the case. The behavior I am seeing is that the method isn't called if ONLY a modifier key is pressed (which as I understand it should change the modifierFlags and fire a new call to the method), but if you move the mouse THEN your modifierFlags are updated. I see the same bug(?) in dashboard where having your mouse over a widget and holding option should show the close widget in the upper left hand corner, but it doesn't appear till the mouse is moved. I checked bugzilla, but couldn't find a similar bug...

Am I misunderstanding when this method is supposed to be called, or is this a bug I should be filing?

thanks guys!
