I'm guessing that you can't. You should probably file a separate,
real bug report at bugreport.apple.com. (or if you don't have an
apple developer account, which is probably not the case if you're on
this list, the URL is <http://developer.apple.com/bugreporter/
bugrptform.html>).
Or if the bug is clearly a webkit issue (e.g. rendering of a page,
handling of a form) then you could report it on Bugzilla <http://
bugzilla.opendarwin.org/>.
My guess is that the built-in reporter is not examined with much
detail, they probably only pay attention to extremely popular sites,
so you might as well assume it wasn't noticed.
