The Safari bug menu item has no way for you to add additional information. You can file a new bug at http://bugreport.apple.com if there is confidential info or it is only a bug in the Safari application. If the bug is part of WebKit (rendering, _javascript_, etc) and has nothing confidential you can file a bug at http://bugzilla.opendarwin.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=WebKit
