WO 5.1 License not detected on Solaris 10

Hello,
I am trying to install WO 5.1 on Solaris 10 and I am getting an error that
the (valid) license key being entered is invalid. I have tried mounting the
CD on my mac and copying the install files over to the Solaris machine via
FTP and no luck ( I heard others had the same problem due to case
sensitivity and this seemed to solve the problem). The JVM installed is
1.5.0_01-ea but I had this same problem when trying to install on an older
1.4 and 1.3 vm under Solaris 9. Any advice would be appreciated.
