Because wotaskd is not registered with wotaskd (aka JavaMonitor) as a WO app. And, BTW, it should not be registered. It is a daemon masquerading as a WO app.

where this does

http://host:port/cgi-bin/WebObjects/wotaskd.woa/wa/woconfig

This works with all other woas but not wotaskd?

Is it valid to do ...../app.woa/-port/more-stuff
