Hi,
 
got further information after I comment out "DocumentRoot /var/www", restart apache.
broken either and in error log file, got
 
[Tue Jul 07 10:23:34 2009] [error] [client 166.6.25.81] File does not exist: /htdocs, referer: http://156.13.128.145/Apps/WebObjects/MySchool.woa/1
 
 
back the very beginning, and no idea where setup this /htdocs?
 
any idea?
