EOUtilities.rawRowsForSQL Deprecated?

warning:  
rawRowsForSQL(com.webobjects.eocontrol.EOEditingContext,java.lang.String 
,java.lang.String) in com.webobjects.eoaccess.EOUtilities has been  
deprecated

I have been receiving this warning on WO5.2.2.

I checked the online documentation. It doesn't reference the  
deprecation of this method. Any clues out there?
