I am running into a problem with a database I have not had before. I
can read and update records OK, but when I try to create a new record,
with a primary key generated by me, I get the following error:

The test environment is OSX Server 10.3.1, WO 5.2.2
The same problem happens running on OSX Server 10.2, WO 5.2.1
