Maybe the lifetime of your membership is considered to be one year,
so you can buy one $399 license per year. I don't know anything

this - just guessing.
Kinda funny, the person at ADC told me it is a lifetime of my
membership but the info. on ADC memebership website said member
purchase for $399USD.
