Problem with saving in EOEditingContext

Hi ,

I am using WebObject version 4.5.
I am using EOEditingContext to save information in the database which has
different tables mapped to java classes. When saving a particular table, one
string field is getting saved but the other one is not getting saved in the
database.

I understand that this has been a problem with EOEditingContext. So I tried
using the methods, objectWillChange and processRecentChanges along with
saveChanges, but still the problem persists.

Does anyone know a possible fix to this problem?

Any help in this regard will be highly appreciated.
