5.3.1: license confusion!

Hi,

where can i buy this 5.3.1 license which is usable on Linux and other systems? The one from 5.3.1 development (coming with xcode 2.2) and the one from osx tiger server are not compatible with linux deployment. I really wonder where and how i can get a valid official license.
