The SQL to set the primary key in MySQL is:
ALTER TABLE TableName ADD PRIMARY KEY (FirstKey, SecondKey);

Make sure you fill in the table name and column names in the new
join table. EOModeler does not do that for you. If you did, then
it's a new bug.
