PS: Chuck, is it possible to obtain a free e-book if you have a hard copy?

I have asked this of my publisher, but I expect the answer is no. It is a good idea though, I have suggested that they may want to adopt this in some form.

If you haven't already, point them at Manning Books as an example to emulate. They give you a free eBook when you buy the paper book, or a discount on the paper book if you buy the eBook first. Because I love eBooks, and I like Manning's books, I always buy from them when I can.
