Re: Question regarding WO and portlets

If someone did the opposite, ie including portlets in a WO app, I would like to hear from you. We bought Oracle Business Intelligence and I will try to include Discoverer porlets in a custom WO portal we want to build.

Chuck,

The introduction for portlets is here: http://developers.sun.com/ prodtech/portalserver/reference/techart/jsr168/index.html

But I think that instead of trying to create portlets directly from WO we can include the WebObjects components using the techniques described in the "WebObjects J2EE Programming Guide" document.

I'm going to try to use webobjects components to create some portlets for example and I will inform you how this work.

Saludos,

Daniel.

Hi all,

Somebody knows if it is possible to integrate or wrap an WO application to be deployed in Portlet container?. One customer wants to wrap the application to be used as a portlet using WebSphere Portlet server.

Regards,

Daniel.
