The memberships are very useful if you go to WWDC or purchase
hardware.  Unfortunately in the past we were unable to use any of our
technical support instances for help with WebObjects problems.  Does
anyone know if this is still the case?

We had inquired about using a technical support incident for code-level WebObjects support several years ago and they told us they could do deployment support, but weren't sure about code support. We never did use it as by the time the ADC membership got through our purchasing department, we had discovered a workaround to our problem.

I asked at the ADC booth about this at this last WWDC and were told that someone in DTS had learned WebObjects so they could offer code-level WebObjects support, so it's at least a possibility now. I would confirm this yourself if it's important to you.
