Thank you, but my question is…

Can I access to more example code, manuals and other ? There are ?
For a WO programmer there are benefits?

In my experience, specifically for WebObjects, there are no real benefits. You will get access to seeds of Leopard, maybe new Xcode seeds. They don't post much WO stuff, and what they do post is generally available to everyone. About the only thing you might get access to is a newer version of WO included with a pre-release Xcode. If you think you might use your technical support incidents for WO help, that might be a real benefit, but confirm it will be useful first.

The other benefits (hardware, WWDC) are not really WO specific, though
many find them to be worthwhile, depends on your situation.
