The only issue I have with deploying on a Client OS X is the management of ssl certificate to use htttps.

The cert key is asked in console.

That means you have to manually start Apache after any restart.

On the other side Server OS X has a nice mechanism to do this by itself.

Just in case you plan to put one...

All the others required steps have been listed it seems.

After modifying the StartupItem either do a reboot or issue the following command in Terminal:

sudo systemstarter start "WebObjects Services"

Also make sure Apache is started (the "Personal Web Sharing" checkbox in the "Sharing" prefs pane is checked or do a "sudo apachectl start" in Terminal).

And if it's already started before you installed/started wotaskd, restart Apache so that it load the mod_webobjects module. _______________________________________________
