Download Xcode 2.4.1 and WebObjects 5.3.3 Update in the Developer Tools downloads. When installing Xcode 2.4.1, choose a custom install and select WebObjects because WebObjects isn't installed by default. Then install the WebObjects 5.3.3 Update.
