| Miguel, It appears to me that EOF doesn't like 8 byte integers as primary keys. I haven't tried this in PostgreSQL but it definitely doesn't seem to work using MySQL. I configured the model to use BIGINT (8 byte integer), instructed EOF to translate the value to Long using a lower case l (el) as the Value Type. After setting the PK value to 5000000000 (5 billion) and inserting a new object the object's PK contained the value 705032705. Also had to manually modify the PK column of EO_PK_TABLE from INT to BIGINT. It appears that something internal to EOF is generating PKs as Integer and in some casting magic values too large for an Integer get mangled. On Mar 20, 2007, at 2:17 PM, Miguel Arroz wrote:
