Re: nice error messages

Anjo pointed out that it is defined inside the Adaptor c file (the message itself is in errors.h and the function that displays it is resp_errorResponse in response.c). Curiously, it does return as a 404, but I guess because of some module ordering thing, it doesn't get processed via Apache's 404 mechanism, so I can't just declare an ErrorDocument for it. If anyone has an easy trick for fixing this, let me know. Otherwise, I'll probably add support for defining a redirect URL in the adaptor.

What is the proper way to make "Requested application not found" redirect to a URL? This error seems to not be controlled by monitor's "redirect url" setting.
