The 3.4 version of Eclipse with the WOLips nightly makes all this
path and framework handling MUCH MUCH MUCH nicer. I suggest
moving to that now. It is stable and ready for use.
It's coming, it's coming ... I got pulled away last week (for good
things).
For those of us in the know, it has been here for a while
now. :-) And it really is very, very good.
Well, before I punt eclipse/wolips entirely, I guess I should try to
upgrade to Eclipse 3.4
and WOLips nightly. My issue is I have a demo to give on Friday and
the only platform I have the
project running on is a Quad G5 under XCode. I have a new Mac Book
Pro, but using eclipse/wolips
there has been a nightmare.
So, now I have a few questions....
1) Is it possible to upgrade eclipse/wolips on a non-networked
computer?''
WOLips, yes. Eclipse, I think so, but I am not certain.
2) Aside from backing up my workspace, any other precautions before
upgrading?
