Those have all been applied ... I will start caring about jar
frameworks pretty soon, as some other people care about jar
frameworks who I now care about :)

Anyway, fix committed. Can a jar person try that out (i tried it on
jars inside and outside the project and it worked)? I also added
support for double-clicking index.eomodeld's from inside the jar,
which opens the right model now, too. If this verifies, I'll push a
new stable along with the BigDecimal thing.
