Yes, it gets the same error when executed directly from FrontbaseManager:

Exception 361 (23:000). Integrity constraint violation (FOREIGN KEY, t_pool.t_pool_id_id_FK(id=1000002)).
Exception 363 (40:000). Transaction rollback.

Again, there is no row with id 1000002 in the t_pool table.
