In WGM, there is an option to turn on wiki for a group. How is this different from Server Admin? Are these options in WGM the prefered options to add a wiki to a web site?

You have to check the box in WGM for a group to have access to their blog, even if you have the access in SA set to "everyone/all groups".

How do I access the wiki? I have a web site stored at /Volumes/data/website. I see in the SA under Settings -> Web Services the Data Store is located at /Library/Collaboration. Do I need to place an alias pointing to this location?

As soon as you check the box for a certain group in WGM and then go through certain undetermined incantations* (see the archives and apple forums for details), your wiki should appear under:

http(s)://your.website.url/groups/

* I just tested and the new group that I created and checked the wiki for did not appear on the group list on the web page above until I stopped/started the web service in SA.
