I'm running an application under X11 (weather graphics software called
"WXP") that opens an X Window in the process of making a GIF version of an
image. This worked fine in the beta 2 version of X11, but in the beta 3
version I get the following error message:
X11 error: BadMatch (invalid parameter attributes) in X_GetImage
gget_image: Unable to get image at 640x534+993738474+2160416
PLT_dump: Unable to write GIF file: ./test.gif
Can anyone speculate about the likely source of this problem?
(X11 and quartz don't crash. The Apple System Profiler log contains nothing
related to the problem. There is nothing in ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/.
The application itself provides no further information.)
