It is disturbing that after all these years, some programs still can't
handle ANY set of line endings thrown at them (CR, CR/LF, or LF). This is
especially disconcerting in Mac OS X where CRs should be expected on a
regular basis. C compilers have handled these for years, but StdCLib still
can't?!

Lazy programmers.
