Hi,

I installed EMBOSS on my PB 12", and now I'm trying to figure out how to activate JEMBOSS server, the GUI of EMBOSS. I installed EMBOSS using fink from the source code.

Their website said that I should launched the "install-jemboss-server.sh keys.sh" script, which I did but the script then asked for:

Enter EMBOSS download directory (e.g. /usr/emboss/EMBOSS-2.x.x):

errrrr? I tried several possibilities but nothing works! I tried :
a) /sw/share/EMBOSS
b) /usr/emboss (which I mkdir myself)
c) etc.

What is going on? What does "download directory" means?
