It should do that automatically. Could it be that only windows that try
to set their own position get left off-screen? One way to test that is
to see if "xeyes" and "xeyes -geometry +0+0" do something different,
Yes, those two invocations do behave differently. I get a visible window
with just "xeyes" and no visible window with "-geometry ...."
