Autohide menubar in X11.app?

Is it possible to autohide the menubar when in X11.app, or even system-wide?

I know applications can set SystemUIMode's kUIOptionAutoShowMenuBar
option to achieve this.  I do however not know if X11.app does this,
or if it can be toggled in some Info.plist -style metadata file.  Can
it?
