mode. Works great, except for one thing. When I set full-screen mode, it
deletes com.apple.x11, so it loses the nolisten_tcp setting.

Why don't you set the fullscreen mode using "defaults write", too?

 defaults write com.apple.x11 nolisten_tcp -bool no
 defaults write com.apple.x11 rootless     -bool no
